Mr. Subhash R. Anvekar (B.E. Civil) is the Founder and the Proprietor of the company. With experience of more than 45 years he has been leading the company. The company under his leadership is also involved in Government construction works from Goa Government and Karnataka Government in the government sectors in the category of Building works (Class 1B), Roads, Bridges & Land development works (Class 1B), Water supply & waste water disposal (Class II) and Water Resources Department (Irrigation) including hydraulics and marine works (Class II). The Company has successfully completed several Konkan Railway Projects in GOA & Karnataka.
The Company is actively involved in the strengthening of the nation’s infrastructure in varied fields’ viz. Water Supply, Irrigation, Drainage works, Beautification works, National highways/ Roads & Bridges construction, Land development etc.

Mallikarjun Pipes & Cement Products Pvt. Ltd. (MPCP) Goa, was established in the ‘year 1988’ with the object of manufacturing, supplying & marketing of RCC Hume pipes, also called as RCC Spun Pipes. Over a period of time the company has developed wide range of allied concrete products. A second manufacturing unit was setup in the year 1998 with the name of ‘Mallikarjun Group of Industries’ (MGI)at same location. RCC Half Round Hume pipes (Field channels), RCC Septic Tank, RCC Water Tank, RCC Drain Slabs, RCC Poles, RCC& SFRC Chamber Cover (with frame), RCC Door & Window frame, Kerbstone , Interlocking Rubber Moulded& Hydraulic Press type Pavers, Designer Tiles and CC Blocks are few of other products popularly manufactured in our factories. Another manufacturing unit with name “Rajashree Pipes & Cement Products’’(RPCP) has been set up in the state of Karnataka at Karwar looking at the several demands over the various construction projects in the state. By employing modern technology and stringent quality control measures, MPCP, MGI& RPCP has been able to consistently deliver the highest quality concrete pipes and other allied cement concrete products. Our products are made and tested as per the BIS specifications (for eg. IS 458 : 2021 for precast concrete pipes, IS 785: 1998 for overhead electrical poles, IS 12592: 2002 for RCC Manhole covers, IS 15658: 2021 for Concrete Paving Blocks).
We are ISO 9001: 2015 registered manufacturing facility & currently holding ISI Marking License for Precast Concrete Pipes (IS 458: 2021).
Our products are supplied to civil contractors, infrastructure and real estate developers for their residential, industrial and commercial projects all over Goa (India) and some part of Karnataka especially Uttar Kannada & Dharwad district. Also our products are supplied regularly to Government of Goa directly to PWD and WRD divisions, Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (GSIDC), Goa state urban development agency (GSUDA), Goa Handicrafts, Rural & Small Scale Industries Development Corporation Limited (GHRSSIDC), Konkan Railways Corporation, Municipalities, Village Panchayats and other government offices.
